State-of-the-Art Machining Facilities
CPT is made up of three facilities in PA, CT and NC with over 70,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space combined. Each with the capabilities to:

- Manufacture precise products, tight tolerance components, and assemblies that meet our clients’ rigid specifications – capable of achieving tolerances within +/- .0001

Our 21,500 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Warminster, Pennsylvania (PA) manufactures our medical device products and houses 53 CNC machining centers, boasts a robust quality department, and utilizes high-performing, 7 and 5-axis capable Chiron and Haas machine cells and Citizen-Cincom Swiss multi-axis turning centers. CPT manufactures precise products that meet our clients’ rigid specifications and can achieve tolerances within +/- .0001. The machines we use are the most versatile in the compact category – offering stability, advanced dynamics and numerous configurations that can be tailored for each device we manufacture.
Our 17,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Putnam, Connecticut (CT) also manufactures our medical device products and houses the latest in multi-axis CNC machining technology. This facility offers top-of-the-line manufacturing with experience in tight tolerance components and assemblies. With the latest CNC 5-axis milling Super-Cells, we can provide the economic advantages of “lights out” manufacturing on products of volume. This allows CPT to be very competitive on compatible products and not only assure but exceed customer’s expectations.
Our 29,500 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Mooresville, North Carolina (NC) manufactures medical device products and aerospace parts. It houses 41 of our 7-axis and 8-axis Citizen-Cincom CNC Swiss machining centers, 4 CNC milling centers, and 1 Index multi-spindle machine. The machines used in this facility are the most versatile in the compact category – offering stability, advanced dynamics and numerous configurations that can be tailored for each device we manufacture. Because of this, we can quickly solve our customers’ business challenges and optimize quality, efficiency and costs.
